Meditation helps to manage the reacting towards ourself or others..

We all are at reacting mode with each other, meaning no matter what..we all have something to say... Which is our past or dreaming about future.. so the daily meditation helps to manage our mind to stay in present and as we estsblish to quite inside we can listen to our inner voice or witness and observed our thoughts.
Ultimately we  becomes meditative state meaning fully aware about universe plan so we accept everyone and everything as it is..., its a process, not easy but not difficult too!

Ofcourse , we may find that the painful feelings are too strong and its not easy to ignore, and we still try to hide them from others. So what happens eventually, we find that we are attach with feelings that will not go away and cannot be hidden. So We will have to deal with these feelings either way!
So how do we deal with this..
Well Handling painful feelings is an art.. which requires very delicate sensitivity toward ourself and others! It is good to release the feelings, but not to supress them.
If this feelings handled positively,
may help release emotional blockages that we have been carrying around all this time.  By witnessing and going through all this inner awareness.. we may feel great mood and become positive thinking with ourself and others! and this positive energy support us compesation toward everyone so life can be greatly enhanced.
