Its very hard to let go any addiction or habit that we no longer need!

But as we involve in this process with understanding and right guidance then we devolop a new awreness! and if we staying true to our vision and values positively then our minds, bodies and hearts will always adjust for healthier pattern!! of course it takes time but they will adopt eventually!
