The Healing Power of Human Hugs

Human hugs in our everyday lives help heal our emotional and physical selves.

Hugs also help us realize that no matter what happens, we have someone in our lives who supports and cares for us.

Reflection

A hug is simple, yet deeply powerful.
Without words, it offers reassurance, safety, and connection.

In moments of stress or vulnerability,
this simple gesture reminds the body and heart that they are not alone

Parul says

Healing does not always come through effort or explanation.
Sometimes, it comes through presence — and a hug.

Loneliness and Oneness

Feeling loneliness is an ignorance of what we are made of.

We are all one, and none of us are separate from the whole.

Reflection

Loneliness arises when awareness forgets its true nature.
When we see ourselves as isolated, the mind feels heavy.

As awareness returns inward,
the sense of separation slowly dissolves.

Parul says

Loneliness fades when we remember who we truly are.
Oneness is not created — it is realized.

Friendship or Network

Friendship is when seeing someone, hearing them, and talking to them touches your heart.

Otherwise, it is just a network.

Reflection

In today’s world, we connect with many people,
but not every connection becomes a friendship.

Friendship is not created by frequency or convenience.
It is felt — quietly — when the heart responds.

Awareness helps us recognize the difference
between true connection and mere association.

Parul says

Friendship is not about access or exchange.
It is about resonance.
When the heart is touched, connection becomes real.

Question: Who put me in my current situation?

parul says: You did!!!

If one can control the constant flow of desires and be satisfied with what one has, peace of mind will follow. Our current situation is the result of our own actions, and accepting it without comparing ourselves to others brings clarity.

One should not become big-headed because of position in society, name, power, or wealth, as these can change in an instant.

Awareness and Self-Knowing

In knowing ourselves, silence, and peace, we move toward perfection.

In judgment, criticism, and suspicion, we create our own difficulties.

Reflection

When awareness turns inward, the mind naturally quiets.
In that quietness, peace and clarity arise.

When attention moves outward into judgment and comparison,
conflict is created within.

Parul says

Perfection is not something to be achieved.
It reveals itself through self-knowing and silence.
