Why do we meditate on chakra, breath, mantra, agya bindu or  something else..
Reply: Well, it is always best to meditate upon God if person can do that but in the beginning it's very important to focus on something which make sense to individual needs. because mind nature is to go everywhere, rather then wondering here and there.. instead it's good to focus on breath or something else but ultimately as we meditate upon God journey is starts

Why Resentments!

If any differences or disappointment took place then
Yes..It's time to settle those differences and look forward to the future for divine work.. in reality everything is divine as long as we not in duality..
Resentment has been described as a mixture of disappointment, anger, and fear. We don't realize it that if we hold on to resentment, we are still living in the past, which no longer serving us.. only the lessons learned..thats all.... 
Or Once the energy shifted then no more looking back...

let it go!!

Heart says don't worry, let go the fear, stress anxiety.. trust me
Mind says I dont get it, how? Guide me..

Heart says. yes very true I am aware..but 
it is possible.. 
Soul says you two please don't make to much noise, just stay relax and follow me..I have the plan..

Yep, disagreement or control or injustice are part of life!

Yes, it's true that disagreement or control or injustice are part of life!
any disagreement or control or injustice in human to human relationship does not require any punishment, ofcourse legal law's are their..for any illegal activities which we have no control over..
But in daily life for general issues , Who are we to punish or want someone else to punish them because they didn't behave the way you wanted them too
..only the awareness needed to heal both side

Daily Meditation, breathing work practice helps

Our mind health is very important to improve our  relationship with everything and everyone around....

Ofcourse we all think on surface level that we are at joyful, peaceful, intelligence, loving, caring, and in harmony with ourself or with others, and at the sametime if suddenly something comes up which we never expected..so that time art of behavior requires.. which is art of awareness about our own behavior...( Mind)

everyone has right to live or behave the way they like and if any disagreement or injustice that affect our own life , relationship or our mind then we must look at it the way that something we didn't put 100% towards them or even if we did or not then we are still going closer to God by (dhyan and gyan)
Lets see ..If any disagreement or injustice has done by someone it is so hard to forgive or move on.. because of not knowing ( the god plan )but we must let it go and surrender to god, because in a way this disagreement or injustice is helps to look inward and is the best ever happened which makes person to go closer to God . So we do think about it over and over which is ok sometimes,  but staying in that thnking is not good,  instead not think about it again for that situation or if we allow ourself to depress or affect our future actions negatively towards him or her then we are not giving him or her the opportunity to improve in his relations with us, with god and himself as well. then ofcourse we also suffer since we forgot to learn that we are part of whole.
If the person come out of it well or heal from ill- feelings towards us then we will supported him or her to move towards his or her destination and we help our self as well and we stll behave with him or her with love , care and understanding that it is a part of learning for both.
This way we support to improve ourself and our family and society more peaceful way and that is the only way we can better served.
                              Or
Ofcourse lots of other methods may used...
as not knowing the god plan and giving reaction by withdrawing from and still staying in situation because of fear or ignoring the person or not talking, not teling the truth, or taking revange or punishing or avoiding or stoping communication because of not knowing the god plan...
Which will only create more suffering
Ofcourse its a individual choice..

Mistakes or misunderstanding are a part of life for any human to human but the truth is relationship only survive wiith honesty and commitment!

Ofcourse challenges are always brings new opportunities! hoping that we all have found COVID-19 challenging but to be an awakening process as well and a chance to find new way meaning in our daily life, in our relationships with everyone, on our life journey and the way of thinking..

We all say that 2021 we will return to 'normal'.. What does that mean? 

Do we really want to return the same place where we were before? or definitely something different and great for ourselves, our family, and our society?
did we learn or miss the lesson?  May be or may be not..I am positive that we did find new way looking at the life and with different perspective this year..Time will tell
Definitely learned more compassionate...

I believe we have to let go old wounds, and chosen new ways to think with awareness, that will lead us where we are destined to go

1) adhyatmik 
from one’s own body and mind
The grief can be of two types (physical and mental)
Physical causes are...the imbalances of vâta, pitta and kapha

Mental causes are...desires, jealousy, rage, hatred, greed, control, lust etc..which causes grief.

2) adhibhautic
It is from outside oneself.. from the natural world

3) adhidaivic
It is from the supernatural (unknown) world

in life there is a moment that when taking a stand, or moving forward from the past experience, moving to future, may require confidance, doing it with or without the guidance, help ,support and sympathy of others...
Yes, it maybe a secret fear of loneliness has made us far more dependent than we have realised!
So leting go of the fear is very hard to do for some of us...like what if..is the big question itself??
But some of the questions need to be left alone ....

Addictions are in the Mind!!

It's all about mind is playing game... releted to thinking to have more then others makes us happy and less then others makes us unhappy..

Either in finance, education, leadership, knowledge connection in society etc.

now in today generation alcohol, drugs, sex addiction become needs and once person get addicted, he or she doesn't realise that what is normal way to feel happy 

Alcohol, drugs, sex addiction and other habits mainly serve to stimulate excitement, to loosen inhibitions and later on in life is serves to the depression!
Also other sense attachment like sex, over eating, gambling, shoping, too much talking, too much attachments with material needs and illusion in spirituality... meaning attachment to ego, habit of not getting rid of the unwanted things etc., Follows the similar patterns.

Now with addiction..
Ofcourse we always think or talk about that we have overcome a certain attachment or addiction, still the sense say's one more time, who cares, like attitude ..oh yes again and again and again until the sense doesn't support us for some medical reason or become to closed down or slow down itself in old age! but what has happens??

Still the memories pops up like bubbles in our mind at any times... so if we never learned discipline to let go of them, then ultimately result ends up in depression!!
Yes, its so hard to let go because it is so exciting!
But with little awareness and daily meditation it is possible to overcome some addiction or attachments.
that is why meditation and withdrawing life energy from the sense is very important!
We can't change memories, but we can stop reinforcing them atleast!!!

So How to understand this..
In the Bhagvad Gita this battle is powerfully described.

Shraddha in another words Faith:

Shraddha can not be defined. Shraddha means faith. Meaning awareness about realisation of higher power! as we nurture the faith, we can feel its power!!
We can have complete faith in God or higher power, but we always have the freedom to act as per our wish.
as we become love,  live with trust, gratitude, and faith, ( rather than filled with false ego, expectations, fear, and anxiety ) through life experience and as realization comes that we are part of the whole!!  and everything is interconnected...this awareness guide us to live consciously rather then compulsive!!

In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna says,
“Iti te jnanam akhyatam guhyad guhyataram maya vimrsyaitad asesena yathecchasi tatha kuru". This means that even when you are aware of the supreme knowledge, you still have the right to choose.

Bhagavad Gita does not ask us to have a blind faith in anything and have faith in higher power, but also gives us the freedom to exercise our own freewill.

am I positive or block for leting go the old me? Or  am I ready to accept new me in the face of change?

Meditation...It's an another beginning
As we meditate..No need to worry positive or negative thoughts, lets think that we are at new place. Let our feelings take us on a path wherever it can be for that moment.
Now, notice how its feels, allowing ourself to observe and see whatever experience comes, but same time see.. how we can handel any change if require!!

Key:  awareness, new birth
