Peace require efforts because our environment does affect our mind state! Of course it's not easy to feel at peace but there are countless things we can accommodate in our daily life!
Hear are the helpful suggestions which I guide my clients in their daily life!
1) 15 to 20 minutes for simple meditation and mantra reciting!
2) 50 to 100 deep breathing(inhalations and exhalations)! try your best! force will not work!
3) 15 minutes walk two times or long walk!
4) practice alternate nostril breathing at your comfortable level!
5) 5-10 minutes for stretching or 15 minutes yoga!
6) Volunteer your time to help, what you believe in!
7) serve someone with your talent and guide them to pursue their passion- (not for money and without expecting anything return)!
8) engage yourself the things you love to do, which is any hobby that give you peace!
9) appreciate the people in your life instead of Changing them!
10) finding the good book that help you uplift your higher self or ask someone who can guide you for dealing with any struggle you may have!
