An angry person loses balance of mind and in such a situation, he does not listen to any advice. In everyday life we come across some disputes which lead to fatal consequences, resulting from uncontrolled anger.

emotional crisis!!
If you are in emotional crisis, just do whatever is nurturing to you.. some thing special for yourself or read book or listen to music etc.,, and then take the time to examine what positive things you are learning from this emotional crisis..,just remember that this crises offer opportunities to reach the deepest level of your being because every negative emotion has positive emotion on the other side!!!!
there are so many times we lose direction or lost in our thinking pattern and ask ourself a question that what's my role in this life? If something bad or wrong happens then we may think that should I stay in this relationship or just leave and move on....because it's not working out as I plan! and it's so much pain! Why me???
Well.. forgiveness is the right way to feel at peace!
as long as we have spiritual purpose ( see God in everything and everyone) underneath each role ( like a family member or a helper or a career person or a student or a teacher or a parent or a grandparent) then we are in the right direction! spiritual purpose helps us to manage our egos .
That is how the forgiveness becomes easy!
It is easier to loose hope and run away in the face of crisis then to arise, stand up and face the difficulties with courage and determination... Try to deal with difficult situations with courage at all the times. The message of the Gita in such situations of everyday life is---" Have courage.
Face the crisis and do not discourage or run away."
-The Wisdom of Gita
